Hello People... it's me... Falmer. Chef, DJ, full-time dumb bitch.
Private chef to the stars; football players, politicians and Lords — cooking food that has survived empires, migrations, and centuries of people telling us what we're allowed or not allowed to eat.
I came to food the way most people come to anything important… through hitting the floor on a see-food diet, I was completely checked out. Eight years later: self-taught, classically trained, very socially opinionated. I cook Jewish food, diaspora food, with a paper trail older than most governments. The recipes come with history, context, and opinions you didn't ask for but are getting anyway.
Not everyone's cup of tea. That's cool with me.
